Nice pillows

Horrible parking. Wasn't told about underground parking. I parked at property next door and walked. Poor !

The room was nicely decorated and well-kept with a sofa sleeper when upgraded. A lot of food items served for good hot breakfast.

Front desk staff was extremely accommodating.

Bathroom in rooms could use updating but were clean.

The saltwater pool was unique and refreshing, and we enjoyed the exercise room with plenty of equipment.

I would have given it s perfect 10 if it wasn't foot the poor derive at Jakes restaurant inside the hotel

I met together with several friends from different states for a "Ladies Weekend" We remarked at how quiet the halls were and that we couldn't hear loud conversations. Free shuttle service was nice to MOA! Staff was very attentive to anything we needed! Loved the breakfast time in Jake's (attached) thought the prices were fair and loved not having to leave to have breakfast! We will be back!! I used Booked.net for reservations and that was fantastic!

Room service was over early for a Saturday night. We came back to order instead of stopping somewhere and it was shut down for the night. Also, we really wanted adjoining rooms.

great location but lacking some amenities

The cleanliness of the gym area impressed me greatly. I particularly enjoyed the refreshing lemon and lime water available in the lobby . The proximity to the Mall of America made venturing out convenient.

The lack of a restaurant on-site was a letdown.

The lounge area was comfortable. Televisions were conveniently placed in the lounge area. The front staff were excellent and friendly in handling all my needs. My room was spacious to comfortably relax. The room service staff were outstanding!

A restaurant employee complained to me about another guest who stated she waited for 20 minutes for her order, which I found unprofessional. Another time, I was sitting in the lounge and the bar tender who was working without help walked by me without asking me if I wanted to order a drink. Since the experience of the night before of terrible food service of another guest, I had decided to purchase fast food and bring in and sit down in the lounge to eat. Shortly thereafter I assume the manager approached and indicated I could not bring food in and sit in the lounge. So I took it To my room. Good thing the bartender ignored me.

Parking garage and close to mall

The room was not what paid for a suite that had broken hair dryer and a frig that was small and no microwave I have paid less for rooms like this and got more pulse paying that much and no breakfast had to pay for it coffe is all they offer super 8 may not have the name but at least they meet the needs of what you paid for the air didn't work either very hot in room fan or nothing needs are very hard as well and no view just a brick wall to stare at

I appreciated the spaciousness and warm decor of the lobby with a cute atmosphere. The staff were helpful, especially the shuttle service, made exploring the area easy for someone like me.

Improved air conditioning in common areas would be nice.

Breakfast was poorly presented and as usual pastries and sugar are preferred to fresh food and a better choice of cereal. throw away plates and cutlery does not enhance breakfast or any meal

The elegant decor and cute lobby. The common areas were both spacious and accessible, allowing me to easily enjoy a cup of coffee while relaxing at the warm atmosphere.

Better air conditioning in common areas needed.

The room was spacious, with two queen beds and a pullout sofa. The staff was friendly. The saltwater pool was a highlight for us, and we enjoyed relaxing there after a day at the mall.

Breakfast was not included.

The bed was very comfortable, and the food and drinks were good.

I booked a king suite with a wirlpool and when I got there they didn't have that room, they had a room with 2 queen beds. Which they offered to me at full price but gave me 2 free breakfasts, like that was suppose to make it ok. They need to make sure they're not double booking rooms!
